PART TIME (WITH POTENTIAL FULL-TIME HOURS after probationary period)

PITMASTER TRAINEE – This position requires passion! You don’t have it; we don’t need you! In this position, you will be on a 3-month probationary period. You will learn to trim proteins, properly cook proteins to company standards, temp proteins, and fire management. There are no Pitmaster alike! What kind of Pitmaster will you be? Must be 18

PART TIME EMPLOYEE IN FOOD TRUCK – take orders, serve orders, prepare food, keep sanitary conditions, and keep trailer organized and clean, and yes, dishes.
